Returns & Exchanges

At LhanelFit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your performance gear. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free from any signs of wear or gym use.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
